Thank you for choosing Souhail Agency for your web design and UI/UX services. By working with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer the following services:

• Custom website design

• UI (User Interface) design

• UX (User Experience) design and wireframing

• Website structure planning and prototyping

The exact scope of work will be defined in a written agreement or proposal.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all required content, assets (such as logos, brand colors, and images), and clear project goals.

• Respond to feedback requests and approve designs in a timely manner.

• Ensure all provided content is owned or licensed by the client.

3. Project Timeline

• Project timelines will be clearly outlined in the proposal.

• Delays in communication, approvals, or content delivery may affect the final deadline.

4. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit of [typically 50%] is required before project work begins.

• The remaining balance is due before final delivery of the design files or website.

• Payment details will be specified in the invoice.

5. Revisions Policy

• We offer up to 2 rounds of revisions per project phase (UI or UX).

• Once the full payment is received, final designs become the property of the client.

• We reserve the right to include the work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.

7. Project Cancellation

• If the client chooses to cancel the project, any completed work will be billed accordingly.

• Deposits are non-refundable once design work has started.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for technical issues that may arise during development or after third-party changes.

• Our responsibility is limited to the delivery of design files and agreed design services.

9. Confidentiality

All materials and information shared during the project will remain confidential between both parties.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco (or specify another country if needed).
